Utilizing the same integrated hinge technology as Centek’s S2 Hinged bow spring centralizer, the 00SH offers a robust solution for securing and protecting centralizers on the casing string. Made from ultra-high-strength materials and heat-treated to enhance durability, the 00SH features a low-profile twisted hinge design for quick and easy installation. Its advanced engineering enables it to withstand high axial forces, ensuring reliability and efficiency in demanding wellbore environments.
With a unique set screw design, the 00SH delivers industry-leading holding forces while minimizing damage to wellbore tubulars. Fitment is tested up to 50 lb-ft of torque, and anti-vibration screw retention ensures consistent performance during operations. Available in single and double-row HD set screw configurations to accommodate different casing sizes, the 00SH exceeds API 10D-2 performance standards without requiring 4 inches of axial slippage.
