Utilizing the same integrated hinge technology as Centek’s S2 Hinged bow spring centralizer, the 00SH offers a robust solution for securing and protecting centralizers on the casing string. Made from ultra-high-strength materials and heat-treated to enhance durability, the 00SH features a low-profile twisted hinge design for quick and easy installation. Its advanced engineering enables it to withstand high axial forces, ensuring reliability and efficiency in demanding wellbore environments.
As a counterpart to the S2-HD Heavy Duty Centralizer, the HDSO stop collar features two offset rows of M12 socket set screws for secure attachment, with fitment tested up to 50 lb-ft of torque. Its anti-vibration screw retention design ensures reliable performance even in the most challenging conditions, and it is optimized for casing grades up to P110. The HDSO offers operators a robust, high-performance solution to maintain well integrity and support effective cementing operations in tough environments.
HDSO stop collars are developed as counterparts to the S2-HD heavy duty centralizer.
