With more than 15 years of experience in financial management, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, budgeting, and performance optimisation. Since joining Centek in 2012, Barry has held key leadership roles—including CFO and Managing Director of Centek Inc.—playing a central part in the company’s growth, operational maturity, and international expansion. His analytical approach, strong commercial understanding, and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure Centek maintains a resilient financial foundation that supports innovation and long-term customer success worldwide.

Andrew Ross combines executive leadership with deep technical expertise to drive product innovation and operational excellence within Centek. As MD in the UK and Global VP of Engineering, he plays a pivotal role in aligning Centek’s engineering, manufacturing, and product strategy across global operations to deliver reliable, high-performance centralization solutions to the oil & gas industry.

Vice President, Eastern Hemisphere Operations and General Manager

As Vice President, Eastern Hemisphere Operations and General Manager, UK, Peter oversees our manufacturing, operational performance, and strategic development across multiple regions. With more than 30 years of experience in engineering, lean manufacturing, and operational leadership, Peter plays a pivotal role in maintaining Centek’s reputation for precision, quality, and reliability. Since joining Centek in 2011, he has led continuous improvement initiatives that have strengthened production efficiency and product consistency across the UK and international facilities.

Global Director, Marketing and Product Management

John combines technical expertise in cementing and casing tools with a strong commercial understanding of global energy markets. He is passionate about driving product excellence and helping operators improve well integrity through advanced centralization solutions. Based in Oklahoma, John works closely with Centek’s regional teams to align engineering, marketing, and customer support under a shared vision of performance, quality, and reliability.

Human Resources Manager – The Americas

Nadine is Human Resources Director for the Western Hemisphere, leading Centek’s people strategy across its U.S. and international operations. With over a decade at Centek and more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Nadine is dedicated to building an engaged, high-performing workforce that drives operational excellence and innovation. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP, recognized for translating business vision into people-focused initiatives that enhance performance, culture, and growth.

Plant Manager - Oklahoma City

Steve Erdley is Plant Manager at Centek’s Oklahoma City facility, leading operations, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. With nearly 30 years of experience in plant management and production leadership, he is known for his hands-on, team-focused approach and commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. Since joining Centek in 2020, Steve has been instrumental in driving process improvements, building strong teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
